Support for viewing PDF files came along with Windows 10 and its built-in Edge browser, but if you are on the lookout for a dedicated PDF viewer, then Bullzip PDF Studio is a good option to consider.
Simplistic PDF viewer with a tab-based interface
This particular application offers an alternative to Adobe's reader, providing all the basic features for a streamlined experience when it comes to browsing the content of PDF documents.
It comes with a modern-looking interface where each opened PDF file is displayed in a separate tab, having the selected document highlighted. In other words, it can open more than one file at a time, which is quite important for a continuous workflow. The application can also display attachments of PDF documents, allowing you to save them to your PC.
Quick and comfortable page navigation
There are a few options that make navigation throughout opened PDF documents easier and faster.
First of all, large documents can be explored faster thanks to the thumbnail preview panel, which allows you to take a peek at each page without opening it in the viewer.
Secondly, there are navigation arrows to go to the last, first, next and previous pages, or directly jump to a specific page by entering its number.
Additional zooming, printing, and page manipulation options
Opening, previewing, and navigation through PDF files is easy with Bullzip PDF Studio, but its feature set is a bit more expanded. Extra features include advanced zooming to help you take a closer look at elements in a page and marquee zooming to help you see details, support for printing individual or multiple pages, page rotation capabilities, and keyword searching inside a document. Unfortunately, it does not allow you to at least delete or insert pages, or change their order.
